About Me

My love for travel has developed from family vacations and tagging along on business trips as a kid to pre-kids vacations and tagging along on business trips with my husband to family vacations with our boys and adults-only getaways when time allows. I feel fortunate that my husband shares my view on the importance of experiences and making memories over having “things,” and this allows me the opportunity to feed my desire for travel and to pass on that love for travel to our boys. Our favorite destinations are Walt Disney World Resort and every destination in the Caribbean we have visited on one of our many cruises (in fact, we are getting ready to take our second cruise of 2021, both post-pandemic shutdown!). We also travel for sports, which allows us to visit different cities and states.

I was born in England (my dad was in the Air Force), raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and attended the University of Cincinnati, majoring in accounting. After careers in public accounting and corporate disability insurance and being a full-time mom to two active boys (both now teenagers), I began my career in the travel industry working for a friend who had recently become a travel consultant, where I have been able to share my love of travel with our clients. I have completed industry training with Disney and Royal Caribbean International and am getting ready to begin training on Universal Parks and Resorts and to earn certification as a Jamaica Travel Specialist. I am always looking for additional opportunities to learn about wonderful destinations for our clients!
